Return & Refund Policy
All sales at Fools Gold Coffee are final.
Due to the perishable nature of our products — including roasted coffee beans and ground coffee — we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. This applies to all products sold through our online store.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@foolsgoldcoffee.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@foolsgoldcoffee.co.uk as soon as possible.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders follow the same final sale policy. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is processed.
